The design bureau was established in 1995 by Mr. Manyo Todorov Manev, an established civil engineer with long and extensive experience in the field of investment design.
Eng. Manno Manev is a designer-constructor, head of design teams in Sofproekt (1978-1989), Metroproekt (1989-1993) and Metrostroy (1993-1999), and currently he is the leading designer, manager and owner of BIAS-M Ltd.
Initially, the bureau was registered as ET "Manno Manev" and consisted of three designers. As the volume of work increased over the years, the company's activities developed and the need to attract additional staff grew.
Thus, in 2003, "BIAS-M" Ltd. was established with a staff of 8 civil engineers.
At the moment, the bureau employs 20 designers, professionally committed to build on the authority gained and to open new creative horizons.
In 2009, the Bureau's activities were artistically complemented with the establishment of the Arthur Art Gallery - a representative of Bias-M in the world of fine art.
